Is it available today?

No. The platform is built and running — clients on six platforms, multi-tenant backend, encryption, permissions, audit — but it is not open for paid signups. That is what the waitlist is for.

What will it cost?

Not settled yet. There are indicative tiers on the product site, but nothing is final until launch.

Can I run it on my own server?

That is a real deployment shape today. Whether it ships as a supported self-hosted edition at launch depends partly on how many people ask for it here.

What happens if I lose my key?

For end-to-end encrypted files, they are gone. No recovery, no backdoor. Any product that tells you otherwise is holding a key you did not know about.
